Acerca de
I began working in counselling in 2014 and have since supported individuals, couples, and professionals to navigate challenges, build confidence, and develop sustainable ways of living and working.
Alongside private practice, I supervise clinicians in high-intensity frontline roles, giving me a unique perspective on the pressures of helping work and the importance of self-care.
My approach is warm, relational, and reflective, grounded in person-centred and integrative principles. I aim to create spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful change.
